Es un lugar idílico. Un complejo de casonas antiguas y elegantes, típicamente canarias. Dudo mucho que haya un sitio igual en toda la isla. Muchísima tranquilidad y confort. Excelente.

You receive a link to fill out...to get a code to enter the establishment...but you have to pay. OK
Except that you have already paid for everything....and what do we do? We call... no solution... we then call ********** who arranges... we spend a total of 2 hours on the phone.
We had reserved 1 table at the restaurant.... we learned when we arrived, the restaurant was closed that evening.
No employees on the establishment at night, he makes it known. Afterwards it’s a quiet place. No honestly find elsewhere...I won't come back.
The morning breakfast was very good though.

Me encanta la paz y la belleza del hotel, lo único que no me sentía tranquila con fue por no poder cerrar la puerta desde adentro por la noche, tuve que poner una silla debajo de la manecilla. No ayuda haber escuchado una conversación en un bar del pueblo de que había un ladrón en busca de captura!
La llave maestra de la camarera de limpieza sí funcionó, pero la nuestra no.
