"We are on our 2nd day here at Ocean Suites, the hotel is clean food is nice however the pool staff are very ignorant to the fact people are reserving sunbeds from 4am!! Absolutely no control over sunbeds left all day with towels on and no one to be seen! Our 1st full day here and we lay on a towel on the floor by the pool due to selfish people amd a complete lack of control by the pool staff.... i also booked a ground floor room junior suite but when i got here there were no ground floor rooms available so for anyone booking just be aware"

Elba Castillo San Jorge & Antigua Suite Hotel

"Lovely location in Caleta de Fuste in Fuerteventura, our room was overlooking the sea and we watched the sunrise on a morning. The room was a little dated however it was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequately furnished, we had clean towels twice and clean bedding once during the week of our stay. There is a good atmosphere in the bar and pool areas and the staff gave excellent service in all areas. We stayed all inclusive and the restaurant had a different meal theme each night, the food choices were excellent. Staff were quick to give table service for drinks in the restaurant. There was a pool bar which also served snacks and the cocktails were good. The only downside was the sun beds would get reserved however some days there were a few available. For a large hotel the service, staff, meals and entertainment was very well organised. There is a lovely 20 minute walk along the sea front to the nearby town and a large beach."

"We stayed in a suite at the Royal Level complex. Fantastic location and facilities.. really can't fault the staff and services. Our only issue was the room needs a little improvement - it was riddled with bugs which kept coming back, and the aircon was broken/noisy."

"Direct access to the restaurant. With an indoor pool, very desirable in Fuerteventura. The villa was wonderful. All the facilities maintain their sober, yet elegant Majorero style. Very peaceful and a starting point for some very interesting hiking trails."

"Ok, let me set this straight, this is not fancy in the slightest, the apartments are basic, there is no AC, the restaurant is permanently closed, but put all that aside, and this place is still quaint, it's cute, it has character, the staff are some of the friendliest and helpful I've come across. There's a reasonably stocked pool bar, you can get burgers, hotdogs, baguettes etc from there. The pool is lovely, there's an abundance of sun loungers and outside seating, a big bbq area. It's also situated in a really quiet area, the next town where your entertainment is around a 3500 step walk away, but there's also easily accessible street E scooters to hire all over the place, as well as taxi services and buses, making this a perfect location. For us we hired out a car for 4 days of our stay for just over a hundred GBP, With that we managed a decent tour of the Island..... Honestly, I loved our time here, and I was emotional at the thought of leaving...... Thank you to Everyone at La Piramid for helping us fall in love with Fuerteventura, it's been amazing ❤️"

"Our holiday to SMY Tahona was amazing the location was wonderful and beautiful apart from everything was far apart and not walking distance also the location wasn’t far from the airport, atmosphere was wonderful the hotel was busy but quiet and not to much children which was lovely, all the staff were wonderful and nothing was to much for them and the atmosphere around the complex was lovely everybody staying were friendly rooms were basic but what do you expect we only sleep in the room, everything we needed in the room was there, the rooms were clean and tidy and cleaned everyday without fault the fan was my best friend especially in the nights, bed was really comfy, shower was lovely and warm, tv was excellent, the only downfall of the room was the internet was slow it really only worked outside or by the pool side, I would recommend this hotel, the value for money is brilliant and I would give this hotel and complex a 4* not 3*, we were all inclusive which was valued and good for the money, food was lovely especially breakfast, all the menu was different each day which was nice and the food was hot even if the time was close to shutting, noise level was quiet apart from the entertainment, The bar staff was amazing especially Daniel who served us all the drinks we wanted and more, the only thing we would say was not the best was the internet, snackbar and the entertainment in the evening, we didn’t want to go home and we have had an amazing week hopefully will be back soon"

Hotel Riu Palace Tres Islas

"It was the most terrible hotel I have ever seen. We read the reviews and decided to go. The hotel is extremely old. Renovation has not been possible for more than 50 years. The walls are cracked, the elevator trembles and shakes, the doors are broken. Ventilation system doesn’t work right. It’s very cold at night, the furniture is damp, the bed is damp. Heating doesn’t work. Old musty smell everywhere. We asked for an extra blanket and were given old damp rags. The windows don’t close so the wind blows constantly. The furniture has been eaten by insects and there is a lot of rust in the bathroom. It’s not at all clear who writes positive reviews. It’s wasted money. There is a TUI office in the hotel. That is , this means that the TUI employees know that the hotel is in disrepair and people cannot be accommodated there. We were disappointed in TUI. The only positive thing is that the staff are professional."
