"Avoid at all cost! Staff- especially receptionist and Polish guy- Mariusz- sooo rude!!! Room very tired, pool cold, not accepting Mariachis...I actually wanted to check out before my end day... Really? There are ants walking everywhere, shower from which you flood a toilet, no support for disabled, real disaster!!! I never leave a bad review, but honestly...? This place is a joke!"

"Recently returned from here after a weeks stay half board.. we had emailed the hotel about a pool view room if possible and close to reception as the complex goes a fair way back. We didn’t expect to get room as requested but it was honoured and we got our pool view room. The hotel is well situated 5 min walk to the Main Street and all Corralejo amenities. The room was great with good air con and good WiFi. Housekeeping changed sheets and towels and room expertly cleaned each day.. our room was spotless! The food was excellent probably the best we have ever had at a hotel and we are frequent visitors to Corralejo. We have done all inclusive, b+b half board and self catering now.. we would return to this hotel but probably do just b+b next time as sometimes had to queue for evening meal and shown to table then waiter service for drinks.. we are used to just getting our own.. breakfast was not like this and you could choose where you sat and self service for drinks etc. Pool area was very clean.. the staff are all excellent here and they and the reception staff could not do enough for you and were friendly and approachable so top marks here. We wanted to cancel our transfer back to the airport on leaving and this was done for us with no issues so top marks there! Pool is salt water but didn’t really bother us. Pool not open till 9am there were small queues waiting for the life guard to open the pool area and sun beds were filled quickly but it was 1st week of school holidays so was busy it may not be like that at less busy times.. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here."

"Recently home from a week’s stay here. Arrived and found it very dated from the front. Reception staff friendly. As we arrived late we were given a sandwich 2 dry pieces of bread with some form of meat slice on it and an apple. Bar still open so headed down to be met by a very long queue at what I can only describe as a green shutter in a wind tunnel. Had to pay for cup which you have to keep with you if you want a drink. Drinks cheap brand of spirits and beer. Cocktail Of the day pre made in a large glass jar with a plate over it. Only get one drink at a time so constantly queuing for a drink. Room was up two flights of stairs. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you have mobility issues etc.. room was clean. Spacious . No facilities to make a drink in room or cook if you wanted. Sheets and towels changed once in 7 days. Room not cleaned once. Met at least 3 families that had requested room changes due to damp, mold, no air con etc . No access to water. Told by bar staff to buy at shop on site. Restaurant shuts at 930pm so no food options until breakfast at 9am for all inclusive very poor. Drinks not served after 11pm. If you do want one you have to pay. Sunbed situation was out of control. The hotel has a no sun-bed hogging policy. But It does not enforce this. Towels On beds as early as 6am. Just no chance of getting round the pool. Put towels down when did find two and someone moved them when we went to get a drink. Just wasn’t worth the energy of arguing with these selfish sun bed warriors. It honestly is a massive issue at this hotel and staff are doing nothing about it. The sunbeds are dirty, broken and some not fit for purpose. Minimal Parasols for the kids. Saw a few flying about and nearly taking an old man of his chair! All need replacing. Pool Side absolutely wet. Broken tiles. No wet floor signs. No one clearing the built up water. Accidents daily kids falling, slipping! Never saw the pool areas cleaned. Cig dimps empty cups , stains, dirt, plasters you name it hanging around not cleaned up. Attracting multiple ants and cockroaches. Pool Side toilets filthy: one bar open all day at the pool again always a queue as only one staff member. Overflowing bins for days at a time. Restaurant was clean. Food was awful. Tepid temperatures, bland, Same things daily. Hot dogs. Burgers and chips.Food named incorrectly. Think your having onion rings and it’s calamari. Think you having chicken and it’s pork. Not great. Salads rubbish and just mixed with leftovers. Puddings were a daily joke to us look at the pics I’ve posted. Fruit rotten, not rotated to stay fresh!! Snack bar was a warm room with a table where left over food was left on a table. Usually a burger or hotdog and daily nacho crisps and rotten fruit. Terrible. Staff were friendly and it was very understaffed so staff worked hard as best they could. Loads of children but other than the pools Not much else for them. "We just got back from the hotel.very nice hotel clean good location to beach pools nice with a nice pool bar with friendly staff.apartment was cleaned every day fantastic job.pool bar staff and shefs work hard to get food rite.we went as a couple we are in are mid 50s.itsmore entertainment for children and not much for adults.so we ended up getting taxis to town for about 4 euro each night.tjank you for the hospitality and to all the staff"

"Excellent budget priced accommodation, 2 minute walk to El Campinario Centre. All the rooms have names, i stayed in "Cofete" which had a separate private bathroom next door, with a good shower. A big choice of breakfast items available in a hostel style setting. Has a small swimming (dipping) pool too. If you struggle to fine this place, its easy once you know, turn up the street with a car barrier right next to the Sports Bar...walk to the top and its the very last building on the right."

"Sorry not 5 star. Room’s lovely and spacious and a lovely shower. But service is shocking especially in seaside bar and grill they are all a load of stressed out rude people. I accidentally sat a the wrong table my fault I misheard a waitress and went to the wrong table another waitress became sarcastic and rude and said in Spanish we are all the same. No curtsey room so had to shower in the spa which is like a sweat box also all inclusive fun’s out at 12 never known that before no entertainment except slow songs which are boring which is ok if you had somewhere to go in walking distance but hotel has lots of derelict buildings surrounded it."
