I was shocked when I knew the Trip.com charges were 80% higher than the actual hotel daily rates.
I was asked to vacate by 11.00 as sub vendor of Trip. Com, Make my trip’s terms and condition with Palms hotel was like that. Whereas as my booking from Trip. Com was until 12.00 noon. Palm’s ***agement didn’t even recognise the Trip. Com and informed me that they didn’t hear such name before.
Now I regret that I used Trip. Com for my bookings

We arrived at 12 am because of flight delay
and requested for a late check out of only two hours the hotel staff refused since the trip was booked with make my trip. Com
after several requests, they agreed reluctantly and drove us out of the hotel. Hence we don’t recommend the hotel and booking through make my trip food was also very bad.

Overall the hotel haf a renovation and rooms are good and toilet are very clean. Staffs and ***agers were very cooperative. Overall very good.

Nice centrally located hotel. Good makeover. Ample car parking space. Food was cold. Needs heating system. Also attitude of the restaurant caretaker to be changed, else the hotel will lose customers. Informed the gm of the hotel who apologised and said corrective action will be in place soon.

There are no restaurants in this hotel. only coffee/tea is arranged through room service. You will have to go out or order food online. (though zomato covers this centre, the choices are very limited for online ordering. Rooms are OK. Hygiene is not bad. One more major problem is that the centralised hot water supply is not working well. All you get is very luke warm water even after keeping the hot water knob open for sufficient time. I felt that the hotel is costly for this centre. But not a bad option for family stay.
