"We booked this hotel after reading reviews from fellow travelers and honestly we were a bit sceptical. But the stay was comfortable check-in was smooth, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom has all the amenities, location is good, no in house restaurant. We arrived late evening and left early morning so cannot comment on the service aspect. Hotel is centrally airconditioned and hot water was available even at 5 am which was comforting. The hotel is adjacent to a lake which was visible from our room window which was pleasant. Would recommend this hotel given the above characteristics."

"The rooms, location and facilties are not particuarly commendable. The hotel is right on a not -so -noisy street and in a location that is rather untidy for want of cleaning. The rooms are spacious but with rather meagre amenities and wanting in maintenance. The wash basin was clogged and window curtains were inadequate to cut the glare of the flood lights outside. We had to ask for the toileteries and switching on the water heater before we got it. There is no restaurant in the hotel but the coffee shop and restaurant next door made in convenient. The dark Parking lot was a bit difficult to navigate and I ended up scratching my car. The staff were courteous and helpful"

"1. bed was not comfortable (2 single bed were jointed ) 2. ⁠bed bugs and soared into washed fibre cup, broken teapoys. 3. ⁠bed spreads, wash towels, pillow covers were dirty even though they said that they washed. 4. ⁠water for bathing were dirty dark water. 5. ⁠dental kit was not provided 6. ⁠in-house restaurant was not available for room service. 7. ⁠actually i’ve trying to book and seeking for the availability when i’ve called to them they said not to book 8. ⁠overall for all complaints there was no response or no responsible people over there. truly a worst stay that i have ever stayed like this. highest level of dissatisfaction."
