Este lodge tiene un equipo maravilloso, desde el guía Elíseo, como los chicos de cocina, del canopy, de la barca. Te hacen sentir como en casa, muy atentos, estupendos. El entorno, los espacios, la piscina, la comida, con opciones sin gluten, también una maravilla.

1. Debería incluir la menos una bebida en el almuerzo , pues se llega agotado de las actividades. 2. Poco tiempo para ser full Day, no se disfruta todo los servicios, debería ser hasta las 3.30pm para descansar en hamacas incluso a la llegada.

Todo súper organizado desde el principio. Nos contactaron días previos para darnos indicaciones, nos recogieron, el guía siempre súper dispueto y paciente con los niños. Las instalaciones del lodge muy bien, todo muy acogedor y atención de los propios dueños. Y lo mejor ¡el canopy Park! Recomendado 100%.

Una experiencia única, nada que decir!! el viaje fue maravilloso! La atención en general en el Lodge 10/10, las comidas contundentes y muy ricas! el guia Eliseo muy preparado y respetuoso, los guias del Canopy muy atentos y pacientes ejejej (xq yo era un tanto miedosa). Cada excursión era un mundo fascinante, se logra la desconexión total del ruido y la gente, para dentrarse totalmente a la Selva con millones de animalitos y cantos de los pájaros cada mañana. Realmente recomiendo a la agencia, muy profesional y ocupada por cada detalle! VAYAN! NO SE ARREPENTIRAN ;)

Las instalaciones son bastantes cómodas y modernas, el personal que nos Atendió muy amables, ideal para familias . Hay muchas actividades por hacer, si van con niños. Atención personalizada y siempre están al pendiente de como te sientes o necesitas

Contratamos un tour de 2 dias y 1 noche con Avatar y nos encantó! Fueron puntuales, cumplieron con todas las actividades previstas y los guías (sobre todo Moisés), personal de cocina, etc...eran muy simpáticos y preparados! Excelente lugar, habitaciones cómodas, el personal fue increíble, agradecimiento especiales los guías Terry y Alex, personal de cocina que nos deleito con exquisitas preparaciones, a los instructores del Canopy Simón y Cosme que te dan seguridad en todo momento para realizar la actividad. Los tour muy completos y aptos para toda persona. Experiencia Amazónica 100% recomendado.

The lodge was clean and comfortable. The food tasty and beautifully presented thanks to Peter and Christopher. The setting was quaint and beautiful with the rooms surrounding the pool. The ziplining, nature walks, dawn and evening cruises in the long boat were beyond our expectations. Our guide, Anthony was a fantastic host. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and A fun loving spirit, he put us and the other guests at easy and made us feel welcomed, cared for and at home. We had a wonderful three days and wish it was longer.

Las instalaciones muy còmodas, la atenciòn excelente de todo el staff y cada detalle pensado para que con los recursos disponibles en plena selva, la estadía sea una buena experiencia, sumando además el hecho de las actividades de canopy que estàn de maravilla, gracias!!
