Very pleasant stay. Extremely comfortable and cosy on what was a very cold time of year. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Hotel cleanliness was 100%
Restaurant for Breakfast was very busy and had to wait a while before getting a Table and we were booked for a set time, but would not put me off staying there again.
Very convenient if visiting Knock Shrine.

Really comfortable hotel in a beautiful setting within the grounds of the basilica and shrine. Evening mass at the church. Excellent meal choices. Very friendly and professional staff. Shuttle available to train station and airport. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is excellent for a visit to the Shrine.
The lack of washcloths in the bathroom is unusual for us Americans.
The shower tub is uncomfortable. With the shower curtain wraparound you like a mummy with shower in use.
Perhaps a curved shower curtain rod could help.
