Wir sind nun zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel, weil es uns damals schon so gut gefallen hat! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, man fühlt sich einfach willkommen und macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderen. Das Hotel ist sehr schick eingerichtet und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und haben einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge!! Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

das Boutique-Hotel hat durchaus hübsche Hingucker die Freude machen. Vieles ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert und mit Geschmack modernisiert. Für ein 4Sterne S - Hotel haben wir allerdings mehr erwartet zB dass der Cappuccino zum Kuchenbuffet kostenlos ist und nicht mit 4,40 € für eine Minitasse berechnet wird. Auch die Flaschenpreise Weine sind etwas hoch - in einem 5 Sterne Haus teilweise sogar niedriger. Sofort aufgefallen sind uns die nicht frisch riechenden Teppiche in den Fluren und die vielen Treppen, die trotz Lift bewältigt werden müssen, sind nicht für jeden optimal. Beim Checkin wurde uns auch kein Kofferservice angeboten. Im Zimmer angekommen ist dann sofort die Wasserkaraffe aufgefallen, denn man hatte Durst. Die Karaffe war offen und das Wasser wirkte abgestanden - am Boden bereits veralgt. Das wurde auch moniert, man gab uns dann eine leere, frische Karaffe mit dem Hinweis, dass das Wasser so und so nur aus der Leitung ist. Dann hätten ja auch Gläser gereicht. Das Frühstück war gut, man hat an vieles und fast jeden gedacht, auch das Abendessen war gut. Leider waren am letzten Abend die Schnitzel innen noch sehr rosa. Wir haben auch sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen, sie sind auch optisch sehr stylisch. Diese bräuchten aber dringend mal eine Staubbefreiung auf dem Kopfteil ebenso unter dem Bett sollte durchgewischt werden. Der echte Holzboden hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben 4 mega schöne Tage im ZILLERTALERHOF verbringen dürfen. Von der ersten Minute an wurden wir wie Familienmitglieder behandelt. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen. Ganz begeistert waren wir von dem unfassbar guten Essen, welches unglaublich liebevoll serviert wurde. Ein ganz großes Lob geht daher an die Küche. Unfassbar, was hier tagtäglich geleistet wird. Kein Zweifel…. wir kommen wieder!!!

Wo soll ich nur anfangen?! Vor der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise war alles einfach top. Das Personal ist durch die Bank weg super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Selbst die Reservierung einer Startzeit auf dem nahegelegenen Golfplatz Uderns wurde durch die Rezeption übernommen (einen Preisnachlass auf das Greenfee gibt es bei Buchung über das Hotel noch oben drauf). Danke noch einmal dafür. Das Hotel an sich hat einen tollen Mix aus Klassik und Moderne. Das Essen war wirklich top. Der Saunabereich ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Meine Frau hatte eine Gesichtsbehandlung und war hochzufrieden. Auch unser Zimmer konnte sich sehen lassen. Sehr sauber, modern und hell. Das Alpine Hideaway Zillertalerhof empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter.

Alweer een super weekje in het alpine hideaway hotel. De bedden zijn in orde, het ontbijt geen opmerkingen en het avond eten blijft een van de beste van de regio. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Voor de deur stopt de bus en deze brengt je naar het skigebied. Dit hotel staaltje rust en ontspanning uit, de wellness is behoorlijk.

This is possibly the best half board hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything without exception was perfect. Our room, the staff, the bar, the wellness centre, and wow, the food. We loved it and if we come back back to Mayrhofen this is where we would stay. We Cant fault it. Perfection! Thank you for making the few days we had with so fabulous.

We have spend our Christmas holidays for several years now in the Alpine Hideaway Zillertalerhof. This is in many ways a top of the bill Hotel. All the rooms, restaurant, bar, and pool/wellness area are beautifully and modernly designed decorated. Especially around Christmas the atmosphere is wonderfull and gives you a special feeling during your stay. Every year all the staff makes you feel welcome and at home. All this atmosphere accompanied with a culinary greatness in the morning with the breakfast but especially in the evening. Every day a five course dining with great quality, the same experience we have with Michelin star dining restaurants in the Netherlands. All day is a wonderfull experience for adults but also for our children. The hotel is located near the cosy and great city center of Mayrhofen and you can walk to the cabin lifts which take you to a great ski-area. We have spent many holidays in 5* hotels, but this hotel is in many ways a true 5* experience!!
