upon arrival there was poor lighting under the awning and the trash can was overflowing with trash where I observed the front desk attendant smoking at a later time. also all lighted parking on the street side of building was taken and I had to park in the unlight back part and that wad concerning, the room was lovely but the key card only worked the first time and I had to go get it fixed for my second arrival, I was on the complete opposite side of front desk service. The deal braker was no ICE on the 4th floor and I had no hot water for my shower. seemed to be a newer facility so why didn't these things work.??

Great stay, staff was super friendly. Our first rooms heat wouldn’t come on but they moved us quickly and all was good. Bed great! Pillows great! Breakfast was very good too!

Just a quick overnight stay on the road. It was fine with the highlight being great water pressure in the shower.

They do not have the famous IHG cinnamon rolls as other Holiday Inn Express motels have. The other breakfast options were varied and good. Also, the pool and hot tub are not maintained. Otherwise, the rooms were good size with ample outlets.

The bed was very comfortable and there was a choice of firm or soft pillows which was very nice. However the overall condition of the room needed some maintenance. The shower enclosure caulking had mold, the shower head had mold, and the shower head was not strapped in the wall and it moved back and forward. One of the drawer handles had come completely loose and fell off. There was a light missing above the coffee brew station. The staff could not freshen our room after our first day (we spent two nights) because of staffing shortages.
Over all I would not recommend this hotel.

That was the most uncomfortable bed and the absolute worst pillows I have ever slept on. My husband and I had the worst neck pain the next day.
