"We got a room that seemed out dated but it was the last room being we didn’t make a reservation that was fine. The lady at the front desk checked the room and said everything was good. When we walked in there was a horrible smell and it was hot, there was cleaning powder all in the bathroom like they just threw it in there but never cleaned it. Later that night we also saw bugs in the sink and drawers."

"I stayed in room 321 and I killed a roach I found in the bathroom. I was so exhausted from fishing out in the hot Texas sun earlier in the day that by the time I got to this location in Oklahoma, I kept my belongings on a table I moved away from the wall and told the staff the following morning. I’ve only had roaches in a hotel room one other time in my life and the hotel staff that my wife and I informed gave us the night for free. However, when I informed the staff in the morning at this Quality Inn, they simply apologized and said thank you for letting them know. I just want others to be aware of a roach problem in case other rooms have them and you don’t want to accidentally have a roach hitch a ride with you to where you live. Very disappointed with my stay."

"Use the card to rent for two nights $139.38 then took a $50 deposit . The next day charged $189.39 again and minus my debit -$7.14 still have a pending transaction of $50 and one cent which they should not have even ran the card again for $189.39. This is a crooked hotel and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone"
