Everything was great except that the air conditioner wouldn't stay at the temperature that I would set it, it kept going to a higher temp for energy saving until I figured out how to set permanently. The couch could stand to be a little more comfortable. Breakfast was kind of dry and lacking. Overall it was a nice place.

We made and canceled a reservation same day and they refused to credit not just one but both nights stay. Customer service alone and karma mean you should not bring this hotel your business. It did them no financial harm to have a reservation on the books for a couple hours - esp when it was because of a weather related tournament cancellation. They are just bad people. Super mean.

Not one of those worn out, over used, abused, dirty-grout places. Lovely, lovely. Breakfast had a little extra. Quiet, comfortable. Not one single complaint at all!
