Super 8 by Wyndham McKinney/Plano Area

Propery was very kept up, night manager and clerk was very friendly and made me feel at home. It was a very quiet stay, no crazy loud noises or anything.

It was fine, I understand is a very basic Motel so not expecting too much from it. Overall satisfied.

The hotel advertises that it serves breakfast but does not. when asked about the false advertising, the hotel staff says that they have told "them" to take that off. This is a lie. The hotel is engaging in false advertising. Claim to provide something it knows that it does not provide. I feel cheated because other hotels in the area that do not provide breakfast are cheater.

They were barely “cleaning” the room when I came to check in at 10 at night! When I was finally able to get into the room, the chairs and couches were dirty and did not make for a comfortable nights sleep (don’t even get in the sheets). The pictures do not represent the cleanliness of this establishment. Highly disappointed.

I always stay st :Super 8 when I am in town. I do miss the complimentary breakfasts.

The place was dirty from all of the hallway carpets to the room carpets, bathroom, shower etc. It seems like there is little concern or effort in cleaning general areas, carpets etc.
