It's good, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is good, the hot water is good, but it's called an old hotel, so it still looks like an old hotel, but it's still well maintained, oh yes. There are no windows for non-smoking rooms.

Our 2 nites stay was comfortable. Fluffy pillow and great bed. Buffet breakfast on Sat morning was great but it was not that good on Sunday morning. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in deplorable conditions, the furniture in the rooms is all broken, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom... bathroom door swollen from humidity... very noisy... the good thing about this hotel
For me it was the kindness of the staff, both the receptionist and a guide who speaks Spanish, they helped me get around the city, they changed my room that had unchanged sheets from other clients... the food was not good either. ..

The main problem is the lack of workspace in the room. There is a normal table only in the room where there is no window, but it smells terrible there due to the fact that there is no sunlight coming in (dampness and high humidity do their job). Therefore, under no circumstances stay in a room without a window.
Otherwise the hotel is decent. The staff is very responsive, they rush to help in any situation. Wi-Fi is normal.
Excellent restaurant on the ground floor at normal prices. This hotel is worth the money.
