Location is still the best selling point. Walking distance to Plaza Medan and Damri airport bus stops nearby. Mie Rebus Waringin just opposite and KFC behind if you are hungry at night.

Front desk n security guard are helpful. Normal room cleanliness condition, small room enough for 2 persons, a bit congested bathroom & toilet space. Cleaning trolley park beside room door for 2 days, eyesore everytime in and out from hotel room, this can be improved with management involvement.

Superb location, around Gatot Subroto, very easy to find all kinds of food. The service from the staff is also superb, especially the security guard who always smiles and always greets every hotel guest. Facilities are a bit lacking because they don't have anything, it's specifically for sleeping only. Cleanliness is also a bit lacking, at 4 o'clock check in the room was not ready. When you were ready and entered your room, you saw that the hallway leading to your room was filled with dirty sheets and pillows.

I like to stay at the Botel Hotel which has a strategic location close to shopping for Meranti bolu souvenirs, Bika Ambon Sumatra, Bakpia Rajawali, Bikaambon Zulaikha and to find a place to eat for breakfast, lunch and evening, a close location and cheap and affordable prices and hotel room facilities. good, clean bathroom, there is hot water, for me the price is worth it according to the facilities, so it can be used as a mainstay for the family to come back to stay at the Beratel Hotel again
