Hotel is abit old and have been in the same state since 7 years ago. Nonetheless, the hotel still does its jobs and maintain a high quality of services. The room is clean and the hotel is located about 3 minutes walk to the Sun Plaza mall.

Room is clean but not fitted with night light lamp . Mattress is a bit too soft but pillow is too hard . Maybe that made me cannot sleep nicely . The sound proof is not that good and next day TV sound can be heard if the room have internal door access to other room type . Elevator service seems to be a bit slow .

In my opinion this is the best hotel in medan for the time being and will always be the first choice when in medan.

Due to an early morning flight, I had to check out at 5:30. As a result, there was no one at the counter. So other staff members used the intercom to call the counter staff. They called 3 times and waited for almost 10 minutes before someone came. It didn't feel good.
