I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by your hotel's front office staff during my recent stay. As a regular guest, I had high expectations for the level of service, but unfortunately, I was met with unfriendly and unprofessional behavior from the female receptionist.
Despite being a loyal guest, I was dismayed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by the receptionist, who proved to be very frustrating. Her unhelpful responses and defensive attitude only exacerbated my frustration.
As a result of this experience, I have decided not to stay at your hotel again. It is imperative that your team undergoes additional training to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy.

Hotel yg bagus dan mewah, kamarnya bersih, luas. Pelayananya ramah-ramah, banyak varian breakfastnya. Kebetulan sya lagi dapat tugas ke medan. Jadi aku sangat rekomenin yg lgi cari2 penginapan di medan.

Stayed in their hotel in Jakarta before, so we chose their hotel in Medan too :) There’s airport shuttle service outside the hotel which I find it quite convenient but of course Grab ain’t hard to get too. Location wise is decent, the room size is slightly larger than expected but the lights a bit dull. Overall it was a pleasant stay, will definitely stay here again.
