Hotel Brana

Hotel located in a quiet area, close to small restaurants and mini markets, with a well-maintained jacuzzi and heated swimming pool. The staff are attentive and friendly. The bedrooms are very clean.

The hotel is comfortable and good value for money, however we had one drawback and that was that it was impossible for us to communicate before arriving. We had to let them know that we would arrive later and there was no way, even ******* tried to do it and he didn't succeed either. When we arrived at the hotel they told us that our room was no longer available and that we had to pay a difference to be assigned others, without fighting we said that we would talk to ******* so that he could resolve it for us, and then they did give us the room. It is definitely not a place I would recommend because if you have any setbacks there will be no way to communicate with them.

The location was ideal. In a quiet, safe neighborhood. With plenty of options in terms of transport. The hotel was clean, the rooms looked neat. The only major downside was the noise, we were next to the open elevator shaft so you could hear the entire hotel coming home and getting up.

Excellent location, very safe place, very good customer service and attention, the only thing is the breakfasts that are the same every day, they should change the menu and offer other things other than eggs.

Everything was very good, except the fact that they canceled one of the rooms and they never gave us a justifiable reason for this action, therefore we had to pay for an additional room and the person at the reception who received us was not very friendly, the rest of the staff was super attentive and helpful.
