Hotel Lexum Estadio

Bueno: cerca del metro estadio... Buena comunicación. Personal agradable y dispuesto a ayudar Malo: ruido casi toda la noche, musica todo el tiempo, además ruido de drenaje, no hay ventilación en las habitaciones

I don't even know where to start... LOCATION: Unless you're going to an event at the stadium, I don't recommend staying here, 70 is a couple of minutes away by car, but the place is not very safe or at least that's how it is. I felt it. There is a Mall nearby (the Obelisk) you will find restaurants, ATM and Money exchange and below the hotel there is a liquor store. THE NOISE It is not soundproofed, you can hear the other guests talking in their rooms or the cleaners in the hallway talking but the best thing is that the music from the nearby bars will be your white noise to sleep comfortably hehehe. THE RECEPTION: One of the 3 receptionists was very rude, I'm sure that may be why no one wants to work on December 31st. I ordered the only iron the hotel has and got it 3 days later. THE RESTAURANT: The menu will always be the same, a personal plate of eggs, arepa with cheese, a bread and fruit (my wife found a hair in the pineapple), you will also have a table with cereal and drinks. The ladies at the restaurant are super friendly, they really took my admiration away. THE ROOM: You will have a refrigerator with some drinks for a payment the same as in a supermarket, a bottle of water approximately 1 dollar. You have a small kitchen, without gas, utensils or pans... A small breakfast table and a glass table that gets in the way. The power outlet is far from the bed, so if you want to charge your cell phone, you should leave it far from the bed. In the bath or shower, it is very difficult to achieve the ideal temperature, or you will burn yourself or freeze. But the worst thing is that there is NO soap even if you ask for it at reception, the option you have is to go to a nearby pharmacy and buy soap. The sink is poorly designed so if you don't open the tap completely, everything will get wet, the table will already rot. The toilet doesn't work, the drain button doesn't work so you have to beg for everything to go away....they don't give you paper either. additional, you must ask for it. There is no hair dryer or iron. 3 people in the group were bitten by bugs in the bed... THE GOOD: The treatment of the ladies in the cafeteria

Hotel ruidoso y el desayuno es fuera del hotel,desayuno muy regular. No tiene aislante de ruido se escucha todos los bares si es por descansar no será posible. El desayuno la opción no es nada variada y la atención del sitio no es la mejor. Para el precio se podían haber conseguido mejores opciones caro para lo malo que fue.

Que experiencia tan horrible, 1:30am y estaban taladrando y haciendo arreglos, llamamos muchísimas veces a recepción y no les importó… No lo recomiendo para nada, no le importa la gente, desde las 8Pm del día anterior estaban taladrando y martillando y eran las 1:30am del día siguiente y seguían haciendo

Muy buen servicio el que me ofrecio el personal del Hotel. El desayuno muy bueno y muy buena limpieza del cuarto. Les agradezco la atencion del personal del Restaurante.El personal de la recepción muy formal y educado. Buenos recuerdos de Medellin para mi Familia. Gracias.
