Amazing hotel in great location, close to restaurants and bars. The rooms were very comfortable and modern. The only thing that annoyed me was the fact, that the bathroom was not cleaned too well. I complained and it was done and i was offered some free drinks and spa in return.

It is a new hotel (supposedly 5 stars) but... basic things do not work like the bathroom light, which is a very modern control (the lights are all with a control that varies the intensity etc.. but many already have the letters erased) indicating its function)
We changed rooms...in this room the opening of an upper closet did not work (totally necessary since we are traveling for a long time and we have luggage 🧳🧳)
We had breakfast included but due to the different tours we were only able to have breakfast on the first day... and they told us that they did not prepare takeaway. If we add to that that there was no refrigerator, nor to prepare coffee or tea in the room... very disappointing
I had to request a shower cap since this is rain...(They thought it was strange 🤦🏼) also a glass 🥛 that I ordered for the bathroom and....it never arrived
There are no windows for ventilation... a lot of smell of food reaches the entrance of the room from the hall and there is noise at night from the bars next door and the road...
I think they have to greatly improve customer service and provide minimum services for a category not just 5 but even 3 stars... (the safes they told us were not yet in operation.
They didn't make the room for us... one day, I don't know the reason.
I would never recommend it
The only good thing was the bed, which was very comfortable.

Juanjo un servidor que debería multiplicar excelente servicio, el spa es una experiencia que todos deberían vivir. Y los cocteles son deliciosos. El concepto de bienestar es único en la cuidad, espero volver pronto. El baño tiene un juego de luces muy divertido

I really enjoyed my stay at Wellcomm. The staff was so kind, friendly, and accommodating. It's also in a great location! I used every service at the hotel. I went to the spa and ate at the restaurant and cannot complain at all. Great service! My room was very nice and it was easy to ask for help. I would highly recommend Wellcomm!

The hotel & spa runs a false advertisement online. You cannot use the spa or the pools unless you pay a high fee. We reserved two rooms one for our 2 older daughter and one for us. The rooms are so small, no windows, no closets, no refrigerator. The smart TV cannot use it unless you have your own application accounts. Don’t waste your money this hotel is not worth it!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It has no closet, no windows, very limited space, no refrigerator. The TV only function as a smart tv if you use your own account. The hotel & spa is advertised as if you can utilize the pools but you have to pay a high fee to use it. This hotel was so weird starting from the light system. Not worthy for the price!
