The location is great, need to improve on the comfort the bed needs to be upgrade and the response to important issues like the AC not working need to be address not ignore.

Super clean and welcoming. They have beefed up security, so if anyone thinks about doing anything, will second guess themselves. The staff are accommodating. I wished I remembered all their names. The two ladies and the two gentlemen were amazing. They had the best customer service skills ever. They deserve a bonus or raise. I hope to see them again because I am returning. I can't forget the housekeepers. They were wonderful. This property also serves an amazing breakfast in the morning. Es motel no hotel , sector muy ruidoso , pedí devolución y dijeron q por políticas d ellos no devuelven ( porq tone din cancelación ) sin embargo las políticas también dicen q no reciben niños y esa si la pudieron rompe pero devolver o cancelar eso no lo rompen que conveniente para ellos , camas y almohadas duras, , no ascensor , me dieron 4 to piso y sufrimos con mi madre e hijo menor de edad , actuaron miy mal solo lo qie les conviene sin embargo dicen no menor de edad y esa regla si la rompen pero cancelar la reserva no eso no jajaja q conveniente para ellos y malo para mi q aguante de todo en ese motel y 3 noches , terrible experiencia

Apartamentos muy bien situados al lado de la mejor zona de ocio y restaurantes, barrio bonito y seguro pero con mucho ambiente. El apartamento muy amplio y cómodo y con jacuzzi incluido en la habitacion. El único inconveniente es que no tiene ascensor y nuestra habitación estaba en la planta 3 y la llegada y salida con maletas fue trabajosa

The hotel is quiet and very close to many areas of entertainment. The staff was cordial but the presentation of the room was not the best. Had a great experience overall. I loved Medellin and will come back

If you want sounds sleep then dont stay here. Hotel has no sounds proof window so you can't sleep till 4 AM or 5 AM and after 7 AM construction noise starting. They have a bedbugs there too. Customer Service people are very helpful. You heard all kind of noise better to stay away from this place. I request them I can't sleep please change my room and they are not giving me refund or not change my room..
