Super clean and welcoming. They have beefed up security, so if anyone thinks about doing anything, will second guess themselves. The staff are accommodating. I wished I remembered all their names. The two ladies and the two gentlemen were amazing. They had the best customer service skills ever. They deserve a bonus or raise. I hope to see them again because I am returning. I can't forget the housekeepers. They were wonderful. This property also serves an amazing breakfast in the morning. It's a motel, not a hotel, a very noisy area, I asked for a refund and they said that due to their policies they don't give refunds (because they don't have cancellation), however the policies also say that they don't accept children and they could break that but returning or canceling that doesn't break it. How convenient for them, hard beds and pillows, no elevator, they gave me the 4th floor and we suffered with my mother and minor son, they acted very badly, only what suits them, however they say no minor and that rule if the They break up but cancel the reservation, not that, not hahaha, how convenient for them and bad for me, that I endured everything in that motel and 3 nights, terrible experience

Apartments very well located next to the best leisure area and restaurants, a nice and safe neighborhood but with a lot of atmosphere. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and has a jacuzzi included in the room. The only drawback is that it does not have an elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor and arrival and departure with suitcases was difficult.

The hotel is quiet and very close to many areas of entertainment. The staff was cordial but the presentation of the room was not the best. Had a great experience overall. I loved Medellin and will come back

If you want sounds sleep then dont stay here. Hotel has no sounds proof window so you can't sleep till 4 AM or 5 AM and after 7 AM construction noise starting. They have a bedbugs there too. Customer Service people are very helpful. You heard all kind of noise better to stay away from this place. I request them I can't sleep please change my room and they are not giving me refund or not change my room..

Really loved my stay at Provenza Lofts. Great accommodations. Helpful staff. It was my first time in Medellin and their location was perfect for all our needs. Would definitely recommend to others.
