The room is large with charming views. There is a large mall outside the hotel, and there is also a stall that claims to sell ********* food. The boss's father knows a little Chinese and is very enthusiastic when he sees Chinese people. It's a good experience👍

Excellent location and everyone very formal.

The hotel room is quite good, but check-in is not flexible. You have to wait until 3 o'clock, and then a large number of people need to check in, which is slow and wastes a lot of time. There is a nice guy at the front desk who can help call Uber and provide suggestions.

They charged me VAT when my reservation was paid 100% by trip and for foreigners according to the DIAN (Colombian tax administration) this tax should not be charged, the hotel knew this because they have several complaints about this on their website and yet they surprise to the guests obtaining an undue and illegal economic benefit... the Front Desk Manager was very bad... who, knowing all this, demanded this payment. I do not recommend this hotel for these inconveniences that are generated by a lousy administrative management of the Hotel.

Super good location with direct entrance to the best shopping center in Poblado, very clean

The hotel is located on the hill of El poblado, a wealthy area of Medellin, with pleasant scenery. The hotel is integrated with a commercial shopping center. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shops downstairs, making life extremely convenient. The underground S3 floor parking building is free for the hotel's exclusive use. The hotel is safe, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful.
