位置不錯，離餐廳很近，床很舒服，衞生每天都有做，但前台那個女服務員不靠譜，開始説沒有我的訂單，後來又説要我付款。我説我已經付過了，後來經攜程網溝通，她就沒説什麼了。水不免費，要付費，還不便宜。

Das Hotel ist umgeben von Baustellen und liegt in einer nicht belebten Umgebung. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit sollte man nicht mehr zu Fuß unterwegs sein. Leider keine Schallisolierung - es ist also ziemlich laut im Zimmer. Kein warmes Wasser im Waschbecken Safe nicht nutzbar Großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Gutes Frühstück mit 3 Optionen. Hilfreiches Personal. Eine Bar hat das Hotel nicht. In der Nähe ist aber ein Supermarkt, wo man sich Getränke besorgen kann.

I was only there for a week and I should’ve stayed longer. All of the staff was very nice and helpful and I speak very little Spanish but a few of the staff spoke English and google translator helped too. It’s in walking distance to restaurants, shops, whatever you need or a short cab or Uber ride. It’s not like a major hotel chain but I prefer that when I travel. They were very knowledgeable about Medellin and were concerned about me being safe. I would definitely stay there again!
