Our stay was for two nights three days. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the stadium since we were going to a concert. The hotel staff treated us very friendly from the moment we entered, they were very diligent in anything we needed (tours, transportation, guide, etc.). The facilities are clean and tidy and since we went at Christmas time, it was decorated appropriately which made it look more welcoming. The included breakfast has several options to choose from and always offers: fruit, orange juice, hot drink and water. The only point to improve is the issue of external noise, in the area where it is located you can hear a lot of local music.

The service was good, the room was clean and the staff that served breakfast was very friendly. The only thing I can complain about is that it doesn't have that paper that goes on the door to let you know when you want them to do room service. There is also no control in the noise at night or early morning, any sound in the hallway sounds extremely harsh, and you can literally hear it throughout the hallways, there were some tenants talking and laughing throughout the hallway at 3 am and the staff didn't say anything, until I had to call for them to do something, I feel that this is common sense that if someone is making more noise than normal the staff should take care of it, and not have to get up in a bad mood and call for them to do something , this happened more than one night, so I can say that I did not have a good night in the week I stayed!!

Many errors, checking in, air conditioning did not work, no TV cable, no Wifi, they called me after check out that I had to pay the VAT and I was already far from the hotel… disorder check out..

The staff was very helpful and nice.
The breakfast was pretty bad. Those eggs weren't real eggs. It was some kind of poorly cooked imitation by product. And papaya is never an ideal fruit I am interested for breakfast.

Very cozy and centrally located, in a very good position for restaurants, nightclubs and the subway, not to mention the very delicious breakfast, the staff is very easy-going and attentive to needs, the cleanliness is 10/10, I would really stay at this hotel again.
