Loyds hotel is located in El Publado district/commune in Medellin, Colombia. Hotel rooms are super clean with very good quality linen. Breakfast is included. Very friendly and helpful staff. Closer to many tourist attractions/actions. Bars, night clubs, and restaurants in the area. About 10-15 min walking distance from the metro station. I used ride share to get around - it was very inexpensive. Lots of activity in the evenings. I felt very safe and secure walking around.

While the hotel's overall ambiance and service earned it a 4-star rating, the breakfast experience fell short. Limited options and subpar quality left much to be desired. Despite this, the comfortable rooms and friendly staff contribute to a generally positive stay. Improved breakfast choices could enhance the overall guest experience.

Highly recommended to stay there. They are very friendly, they provide good service, place is secure, 24/7 service from the front desk. They will help you with any kind of information. The rooms are good, nice and clean a good place to stay everything is a walking distance and very closed by, atm’s, *****tore, shops, restaurant, beauty store, taxi stand, bars and many more. For a couple or a family I recom. You to stay there.

Las habitaciones son cómodas, muy buena atención y excelente ubicación. Respecto al hotel no tengo observaciones, por el contrario, es una buena elección.
Solo recomiendo tener en cuenta que la aplicación de hoteles.com NO contempla el IVA del 19% el cual te cobran en el establecimiento sobre el valor total de la reserva, no sobre el valor que pagaste, lo cual aumenta considerablemente el precio, que te hacen creer es más económico. No volveré a usar esta app

Mi esposa Betty estuvo en este hotel por dos semanas y quedo muy impresionada por el excelente servicio y amabilidad de la gerente Yasmin Gutierrez, su personal de la recepcion y equipo de limpieza interna. Los cuartos siempre lucian limpios al igual que las areas publicas. El desayuno continental fue muy bueno tambien, con opciones de escoger la preparacion de los huevos y otros elementos. Las camas son comodas y el area de su cuarto fue tranquila. Betty altamente recomienda el hotel Loyds para cualquiera que desee visitar Medellin. Betty fue nacida alla y desea regresar muy pronto de nuevo. El sector del El Poblado es agradable y de facil acceso a diferentes sectores de la ciudad ya sea usando el Metro o las diferentes rutas de buses que transitan constantemente. Ella esta muy agradecida con todo el personal de empleados que hacen posible que la estadia sea memorable para todos sus huespedes.
