Our stay in Medellin was lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and allowed us to store our bags prior to check in. The breakfast were very delicious and presented so well. The rooftop is quite nice and the vibes are excellent!
One of the issues we had was having small bugs (I think termites) in our room.
Finally the room could do with some storage space, more lighting and mirrors to make it more accessible and presentable.

Not a place to stay for business travelers. Wi-fi was bad, and the room. gets noisy at night as you can hear the rooftop music past midnight. Also found someone elses underwear hanging off the TV when I first arrived.
Free breakfast was great though, and solid place to stay for the price if you are a young traveler or backpacker

Una chimba el hotel. Súper buenas instalaciones, concepto y muy agradable atención desde que llegue a recepción. El roof tiene vista espectacular a toda la zona. Súper opción para visitar El Poblado y Medellín. Gracias a todos los chicos del equipo.

El trato es excelente. Danna nos recibió y nos brindó un servicio excelente. Lo recomiendo. El lugar es precioso. Tiene un rooftop con muy buenos tragos y comida. Nos recibieron con un cócteles de bienvenida y unas cervezas. El hotel súper cerca de todo.

Era la primera vez que lo visitaba, era muy elegante y tenía un gran ambiente. La respuesta del personal también es muy impresionante. Las instalaciones también están limpias y son agradables. Este hotel tiene buen acceso al transporte y es muy recomendable.

El hotel es muy lindo y moderno, el desayuno es muy rico y variado, por otro lado el rooftop es amplio y tiene una vista maravillosa, los cócteles 100/10 Evelin fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, todo fue muy agradable, excelente experiencia
