Excellent customer service. However, there would be a lack of personnel to inspect the rooms to paint them, change the burned-out lights, clean and eliminate walls with fungus, deep cleaning, in other words, condition the rooms more (put them as they are supposed to).

Very central in the city, the rest is a nightmare:
The water runs out of the showers and the bathroom fills with water.
To get there you have to cross thousands of homeless people in the streets who won't let you even smoke a cigarette in peace.
When I turned on the light in the room every time, it was infested with cockroaches. They even changed my room, but it also included crawling pets. I had to sleep with the light on so they wouldn't climb into my bed and wash the soles of my shoes so I wouldn't carry the plague in my luggage.
The staff was very friendly, it's not their fault. For the same money you get much better central stays in optimal conditions.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!

It’s a $30 hotel. I paid for 2 night upon my entry to the country and stayed only 1. Super loud, at a very busy bus stop. Bring earplugs. Room was fairly clean. No shower head on the shower. Jacuzzi was rusty. Bed was uncomfortable. You get what you pay for. In a rough area. Wish they had a little more security at check in. Enough said. For $30 it’s a good deal.

The hotel has cockroach problems, without taking into account that it is located in a very noisy place and at night nothing is safe. The attention of the boys is exceptional. But I don't recommend this hotel.

Absolutely nothing- I left immediately and went to a different hotel..the place surrounded by homeless people and high crimes, property conditions horrible
