Tuvimos problema con la habitación ya que el aire acondicionado no estaba enfriando y no querían cambiarnos de habitación por último nos cobraron unas toallas por estar manchadas de maquillaje cosa que sale con lavado. Vuelvo y repito lleven sus toallas desde su casa

los cobros que se ofrecen son diferentes a los que hacen, ademas no quisieron aplicar las retenciones, les informe en repetidas ocaciones antes de recibir la factura y no las aplicaron.
