It's the worst hotel I've ever lived in, not one of them. Pilled sheets, no desk, no gym. The most terrible thing is that it is very noisy and I can't sleep. The steel structure sewer is crackling. I recorded a video but failed to upload it. Be sure to avoid pits.

Hôtel très « New Yorkais » brique et métal. Très grande chambre. L’insonorisation reste un problème dans les chambres. Même si l’extérieur est bien insonorisé, le bruit des chambres contiguës est très présent. De plus, un peu plus de lumière serait appréciable.
Petit déjeuner correct avec un personnel très agréable.

The Art hotel was our first taste of Colombia and Medellin and it was the perfect place to stay. Not only was it at a central location - if we were hungry there were multiple corner stores or casual dining spots at a walking distance, lively restaurants and bars, and it was also very close and well within the perimeter of pick up or meet up spots for tours we took. We only got to enjoy the breakfast buffet once, but when we did we enjoyed it. The look of the hotel is very modern. Our room and bathroom was spacious. We never really got to figure out the TV and the wifi wasn't the best but that could have been because we were on the very high floor. I would especially like to give a special shoutout to the staff at the front desk. They were always kind and helpful. Their recommendations always worked out for us and greatly assisted us with anything we needed, whether it was questions or advice. I would not hesitate to stay at the Art Hotel if I return to Medellin

The hotel was very dark, rooms had no where for clothes, 4 hangers, dark rooms and public area. Asked front desk to book us a tour checked 4 times as 3 time checking no one seemed

Staff is great. Hotel is a bit dark. This hotel targets short stays only. Only one towel hook and a max of 4 hangers per room, no drawers and windows that don't open. If you are looking for a one night escape consider this hotel, but for an extended stay it not on par with the other hotels.
