Great property I felt safe and secure the whole time I was there. Very clean facility, nice staff.

I like the property a lot , wish they had a pool and a firmer bed but overall very good property .

Just wasn’t much to do around the property you were stuck at the hotel unless a Uber

The property itself needs work and I will explain later. The main problem is with the communication, towels, air conditioner, and extremely hard beds. First off when I arrived at the hotel / apar**ents it had an air conditioner that did not work correctly. It would not cool the room very well and so I asked to get it repaired. Or at least have somebody take a look at it and try to get it to work better. I arrived on a Sunday and was not fixed until Tuesday. It took several days when the room was much hotter than it needed to be and uncomfortable to sleep in. I reached the person who's on property several times but it wasn't easy to get a repairman apparently. I have reached out several times to someone above that person because I don't feel like it was worth what I paid and I feel like there should be some compensation because I paid for a room with an air conditioner that works. So for two and a half days I had an uncomfortable room. I don't feel that's acceptable. Other problems that they don't tell you about are that they will not replace the towels for 3 days. There's floorboards all over the place that are uneven and in the walkways and the hallways of this property there's a lot of work that needs to be done because you can see four boards being torn up and just plain missing in several spots. Overall comfortability of this place was very low. I have stayed here a year ago and did not have a problem so it must have gone severely downhill in less than a year.

Title: Highly Disappointing Stay - Misleading Listing Our recent stay booked through ******* was nothing short of a letdown. The room we received was a far cry from the pictures, resembling more of a spare apar**ent with dust and an incomplete set of utensils. Additionally, there was not a single extra pillow or blanket. To compound matters, the apar**ent was located directly above a "24/7 Open Concept - NO SOUND PROOF" gym. Nights were marred by disruptive workout noises at 1 am, 3 am, and 5 am, making it impossible for our family to get a full night's sleep. Communication with the building staff was hindered by a language barrier, and the separate management added to the confusion. We request a refund for the accommodation cost due to the misleading conditions we endured.

I’m going to be right to the point, great location and excellent building conditions. If we speak about my suite and room, I believe multiple things can be considered to improve, I stayed about a week, and I had to do my own laundry for the bed sheets and bathroom towels because they don’t give you more, my room had an small AC that in the beginning was kind of hot, I had to leave it on to feel some comfort, also the floor of the room was breaking, need replacement as soon as possible. I like the coffee experience in the 2nd floor, other than that, I always felt safe. If you are looking for a place to stay just like my experience, go on.
