Hotels Near Furqan Mosque in Medina

One of the worst. Hygiene 0% , rooms upon check in was really not cleaned( example: there was hair on the bed, bathroom shower area had a blob of hair, W.C. not very clean) basically the entire room was not clean. Oh not to forget my friends room had a rotten apple behide a stand. And there is no Houskeeping staff to clean the room on daily basis. Next worst thing all equitments in the rooms is just for display. There is a telephone but not plugged, there is TV but no remote, wardrobe only 1 side is opening, the safe box is there but not working and i can go on. I understand this is not a 5 star hotel. But basic hygiene standard is not there 🙄 . Please do not book here. I stayed here because I had no choice and the other hotels were booked. Oh and 1 last thing, we did go to complain once but the security guy said there is no manager and he is the only one there( FYI that's in late night) being understanding we expected someone to come but no one came in our 2 night stay here. No one really cares, this hotel caters for group where no one has a choice in what hotel they are put into. Even when I checked the trip advisor now no comments from the hotel for the bad review, which only can mean they do not simply care (because its close masjid Nabawi that's their only advantage) If anyone is to book this hotel, I advice not to.

Good, clean and spacious suites with very well mannered staff. They have a cafeteria in the lobby where breakfast is served, not in the form of buffet but one can order a breakfast dish, with a drink and water (one for each). 5-10 minutes drive to Masjid-e-Nabawi by taxi, cost totally upto your negotiation skills. Al Rashed Mega Mall is just across the road but the road is so busy, please don’t even think of crossing it straight on foot. Either take a taxi (sounds weird) or walk down the lane till a crossing and then come back all the way up. During my stay of 3 nights, I couldn’t go there even once. On the lane behind, 10 mins walk away, you will be able to find all restaurants like tazaj, dominos, mcdonalds etc. Overall, a pleasant stay, 20-30 mins from Airport and Harmain Train Station.

Very nice hotel, from the check in time the suite was very clean and neat the laundry service were very prompt and fast, the restaurant team for breakfast especially Mohammed Souhel I was not feeling well I asked for lemon and ginger tea and he made it special for me Arif Hussain as well was so sweet I definitely recommend

Best of the best! Super clean room and extremely comfortable. Feels like home. Superb Location just next to the main gate of Masjidil Nabawi. Buffet breakfast was great and plenty of choices. Highly recommended

We chose this hotel as it is classed as a 4 star hotel and it is very close to the haram (5 minute walk from gate 7 and Al Salam gate bus stop). Unfortunately, the service isn't amazing, especially the cleanliness and standards. When we first checked in, everything was nice and tidy. However, in our 4 days stay, not a single member of staff came to clean the bathroom or take out the rubbish. We had to continuously call housekeeping for this to be done and even then the bathroom had not been cleaned. Other than this, the best thing about the hotel is that it is very close to the main road where taxis are easily available as well as buses and walking distance to the haram.

The hotel location was very convenient! Just 200 meters away from the Masjid Nabawi. Very clean hotel. The pillow, bedsheet and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection & breakfast was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back soon.

Very close to the masjid, reception service is brilliant, room slightly small, but worth the money. I would return to use this hotel. The room service was brilliant we had fresh towels, toiletries given to regularly, overall I will recommend

We stayed at Saja Al Madinah during our stay in Medina. There seems to be a mixture of reviews here so please take my feedback as a pinch of salt. We had booked a room for 5 adults and the room was spacious and wasn't cramped. The hotel location is very good and is close walking distance to the prophet's mosque. We found the rooms to be clean and tidy, what i loved about the room were the curtains which completely block out the sunlight. You wont have the slightest clue what time it is if the curtains are drawn. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and didn't experience any issues. Check in was swift. The only negative feedback i have is that the hotel was slightly pricey..

Location of hotel was within walking distance to Nabawi, about 15 minutes. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful while the room itself was well maintained. Only issue was the door to our room was quite hard to close and had to be slammed.

It is a good thing that you are not a part of the problem and that you are not a victim of the problem and you are not a problem because you are the one that has to be the good.
