Excellent service from hygiene to breakfast..only few minutes away from haram. All the amenities are close by food places hotels car parking Taxis ect. Breakfast was a variety of all food waht you will expect in normal hotel,food was hot and plenty to choose from.

The worst, dirty. Worthy of a 2 star hotel Unfortunate stay, food not good. Dirty rooms, sheets never changed. No little spoons. Rationed water. Lousy staff. Inedible and small quantity meal, rubbish.

We had terrible experience and received poor service. We were booked for 3 beds room and was given a double bed room small which was cheeper than what we had booked and paid for. When i went to ask for the room change and refund the difference they said they dont understand what i said. It was a communication problem they dont understand or speak basic english.we received the corner room it was very noisy and we couldn't sleep.
Bathroom didn't have exhaust fan, it was very humid inside the room.

They have parking under the hotel. They are right where everything is. The room and room service were great except for the shower glass thing that sucks bc it runs water all over the floor and the lobby is gross and outdated to the point I almost thought I made a mistake and was going to stay somewhere else. Nobody likes pepto bismol puke pink couches that are dirty. It's just not it, but once you get past that its all good.

It was a very good stay for us. The hotel is very close to Mosque. The check in time is 4 pm which I found little odd. Overall a good hotel to stay with family.
