Super 8 by Wyndham Medina

Clean and friendly. Nice place to spen a night or two

This Super 8 is definitely one of the best that I've stayed at is very clean friendly people the maid service was excellent the people working the front desk was willing to help you in any way to make your stay more comfortable I would definitely recommended to anyone that wants a good night's stay quiet place Riff Raff.

Everything was great, smooth. The room was very comfortable. The price was right. The employees were great.

Booked a room after lost power during the recent storm. Room rate of $108 + tax. No weekly rate available. Booked room for 7 days. Checked out after 3 days (power returned). Was then told room rate was $165.00. NEVER AGAIN POOR MANAGEMENT !!!!!!

Room was comfortable. I felt safe traveling alone, got there late and was well lit and the entrance was inside. I do not like any hotel, motel where I enter from the outside. Coffee was ready and hot in the morning. price was fair and the clerk was nice

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave me a good first impression on how my weekend would go here. The room was very nice and the bed was comfy… I can’t remember the last time I slept this good! Location is great. It’s right off of the highway and near lots of restaurants. Room service was great as well. Breakfast is 6-9:30 am which I feel is very early for a hotel but I wake up early naturally so it was nothing to me. Overall, very satisfied! I would come back.

Super 8 are low budget hotels so we don’t always have great expectations. We had a king size bed. The bed was comfortable but they need to invest it deep pocket sheets. The sheet immediately came untucked and there was no way to make it stay on. There were only 2 bath towels which were small and thin. The water pressure was fine and lots of hot water. We had a fridge and microwave. TV was a decent size with a sleep timer on the remote. That is always a welcomed bonus. Our room was on the second floor and they have no elevator if that’s a concern. Breakfast was very sparse. A few slices of bread, cereal and waffles. The area is small and imagine it would fill up quickly. It was okay nothing outstanding. We stayed here because it was a low Wyndham point amount. Can’t comment on value for dollars charged.

This hotel really went down hill, from lack of breakfast options, and weak coffee, to housekeeping. We stayed 5 nights and our room was freshened up once, even though we left the sign off the door a couple other days to get towels and our trash cans refilled. The washing machine was broken. Just seemed to be a lack of maintenance all over.

Usually this place gets an easy 5 but there were some issues this time First however I would like to commend Ken and his staff. Our kids arrived before we did for a funeral - they checked them in without payment and let us pay when we got there. Also they let us check out a day early at no charge. Thanks Ken Now the problems x No OJ either day x Coffee was weak (per my wife) x Pancake batter was thin x The back door was a nightmare to open x One of our lamps shorted out and bkacked out the room x Beds were lumpier than usual and moved around So for all that we though a 4/5 was a fair grade
