Location is ok, cleanliness is ok, staff is ok, spacious parking, room lighting is good, quiet is a bit lacking, because motorbikes with noisy exhausts often pass by at night, the refrigerator can't be used so it's useless. Thank You .

The hotel is comfortable, not far from anywhere; the facilities are quite complete, the toilets are clean, the water heater functions well, the hotel staff is friendly and polite, the prices are very affordable, this is my first time here, God willing, next time I will come back again if I go to Bogor, for a holiday, always successful Gumilang Hotel will improve again the service is good 😊👍
