A simpatia do staff e a atenção para com o cliente superou as expectativas. Apesar de 3 casas de banho para 2 quartos só uma tinha sanita, não sendo o mais apropriado para 6 pessoas, contudo os quartos eram confortáveis e limpos. Repetia facilmente a estadia, gostei bastante.

Très bon hôtel situé en plein coeur du village. -Les chambres sont très confortables. très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner de qualité. La piscine est très corrects. Le personnel est très agréable. J'y ai déjà fait plusieurs séjours et je n'ai jamais été déçu.

Very nice hotel, rooms are a decent size - big bathrooms and big balcony. Comfortable, good amenities (toiletries and coffee machine etc). Restaurant good and Bar upstairs very good - staff really friendly. Outdoor heated pool (could be a bit warmer). Small sauna, which did get crowded on the weekend. We didn’t use the spa. Staff helpful with suggestions for restaurants and bars in town. Ski shop downstairs, but not part of the hotel. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. 10min walk from centre (longer in ski boots). Jaillet lift is closer. Shuttle drops/pickups in Centre. Very very convenient - never had to wait longer than 5 mins and runs until 11pm. Although this was in late season.

Les participants ont profités d'un hébergement remarquable pour notre séminaire: son emplacement au pied du télécabine du Jaillet a permis de profiter facilement des joies de la glisse (et des chutes!), encore plus facilité avec les navette de l'hôtel. Le restaurant, tant par son cadre que par la qualité des plats, des petits déjeuner, les ont ravis. Les facilités de location de matériel avec la boutique en sous-sol. La proximité du Palais de Megève où nous nous sommes initié au Curling, du centre-ville de Megève .

We enjoyed the family room with our adult children and had a wonderful time. The rooms are very nice and the staff are kind and helpful. Food is delicious! Heated pool and apres ski really fun. Shuttle to the lift and town is easy but town is a short walk. Would highly recommend! Hope to come back next year!

Very nice and convenient stay, and very helpfull the bus service that transport you to the villlage, the only thing i didnt like so much was the breakfast Also the a la carte restaurant was the best of all restaurants we went at mezeve

On a beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel. On est tombé amoureux avec l'architecture et design de ce lieu, l'accueil était parfait, personnel à l'écoute et très bienveillant, le ski shop dans l'hotel est très pratique avec un très bon équipement.

Impolite personnel, never wanted to help, even put us carry our food to the room. Very rude to children, no smile, only a constant no to everything we asked, would never recommend to anybody. Poor at everything
