Je suis venue au mois de mars au Novotel de Megève. C'est la fin de la saison mais c'est aussi la fin de leur quota amabilité avec les clients. Bien dommage d'être reçue de la sorte par un réceptionniste qui se tenait vraiment mal sur sa chaise en me parlant.. Pas très haute de gamme tout ça.

Très bel hôtel, super emplacement, personnel accueillant et à l'écoute, stationnement facile. Petit déjeuner en chambre très copieux. Dommage pas de climatisation alors qu'il faut 26 degré dans la chambre. Très bonne expérience malgré tout.

Je suis surpris de voir que tout le monde peut réserver pour une seule nuité dans cet hôtel pour ce soir alors qu’en prévoyant 6 mois à l’avance on a tout simplement refusé ma réservation (je suis client Platinium) car je ne acceptais pas les 2 nuitées minimum imposées…. La fidélité paye toujours chez Accor pais pas au Novotel de MEGEVE visiblement... Dommage

Alors j’ai passé une semaine au Novotel Mont-Blanc de Megeve avec ma famille, dont deux enfants de moins de 6 ans. L’hôtel en lui meme est très bien situé et très moderne. Je n’ai pas l’habitude d’écrire des reviews, mais je tiens à signaler le manque de professionnalisme du staff: la réception ne répond presque jamais, les chambres sont mal nettoyées, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien et on l’a signalé plusieurs fois mais aucune réaction. On demande de changer de chambre, leur seule réponse : « nous sommes complet désolé ». Je commande des pâtes en chambre pour les enfants, elles sont réchauffés et dures. Je le signale mais encore une fois, aucune réponse ni excuse ni rien. On nous vous propose jamais de solutions. Face à un problème, chaque membre du staff nous donne une réponse différente, aucune coordination dans l’équipe. En gros, si on se plaint de quoi que ce soit, on nous regarde avec de grands yeux sans vraiment essayer de régler le souci. ce que je peux dire c’est qu’ils n’ont pas l’air de s’inquiéter de l’avis ou de l’opinion du client. Je suis très déçue de notre séjour et je choisirai certainement une autre adresse lors de mon prochain séjour.

700€ la nuit 25€ le parking/jour On se fou vraiment de la tête des gens ! Hôtel extrêmement bruyant à l’intérieur et boîte de nuit de devant donc bruyant à l’extérieur jusqu’à 2h du matin à fuir Le service y est moyen et l’accueil froid Je n’y remettrai pas les pieds

This hotel has sadly degraded big time since last year. First They mixed up room reservations last minute for our friends. Hotel Restaurant was closed for half the week we stayed for a private function - our kids couldn’t eat or order room service. There is a shortage of staff in general and no one to help with carrying luggage at check out - absurd! It’s a real shame because the property is perfectly located and has great potential to be a great customer experience

Tres bel hotel décoré avec goût. Tres bien situé à quelques pas du centre ville, proche de tous les restaurants. Tres bon petit dejeuner varié. Service impeccable. Personnel à l'écoure. Chambres tres fonctionnelles et spacieuses. Tres propre.
