L'ensemble de la prestation a été superbe avec un personnel très à l'écoute accueil, restaurant etc et en bonus un modelage exceptionnel. L'ambiance de l'hôtel avec notamment son spa, sa belle déco est très agréable !

Amazing experience for the whole family! Great upgrade to a suite with breathtaking Megeve view. The heated interior pool and jacuzzi a big plus. The navette service to the village and the pistes punctual. Great atmosphere!

We had an excellent stay and we will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. A lovely place, with superbe views. The architecture and interior design was to our taste. The facilities i.e. breakfast (it is served in a room called CIEL with breathtaking views) restaurant and pool/spa were super. Nice personel always willing to help and find solutions to every request. A stay that was so smooth and unpretended; we loved it!

Very nice place, with a truly incredible staff. Great restaurant too, and a nice lobby bar. A little out of the center, and away from lifts, but a very efficient shuttle service takes care of this. Highly recommended, as it is good value too.

Excellent hotel, great apartment for our group of friends, with epic views. The navette service worked really well to get to and from the slopes and the town centre. Very helpful and friendly staff as well. Thank you!

Très belle chambre spacieuse avec vue sur Megève, ambiance et décoration très agréable, personnel sympathique et chaleureux, système de navette parfait et le restaurant chez Jean qui sert de très bons plats. Excellent séjour.

C’est… 50/50 ! 50% top, 50% décevant… Au top : L’accueil, le personnel, la qualité de service, les parties communes Au pas Top du tout pour un 4* à ce tarif : La chambre. Il s’agit en fait d’anciennes résidences appartements de vacances des années 70 : extrêmement étroites, étriquées de partout, à peine 3 metres de large. Un duplex certes, mais tout ce qui est infrastructure est vieillot maquillé, et à ce niveau de prix, ça ne le fait pas. Portes isoplanes en carton repeintes « déco », salle de bain grande comme un timbre poste et dont le panneau de baignoire baille, douche quasi impossible à régler, chasse d’eau qui se bloque et coule, mobilier déco bas de gamme… Le restaurant est aussi 50/50… de très bons plats, mais un saumon archi cuit. Une entrée pour deux, deux plats, un dessert pour deux, une bouteille de vin du sud de la France (pas un bourgogne Meursault ou autre), une eau… 163€ !!! (Certes le vin était bon, mais quand même… 56€…). Heureusement, comme dans tout l’hôtel, personnel très pro et sympa.

très déçu de trouver une douche cabine de type "formule 1", j'étais accompagné de mes 3 enfants qui ont du dormir dans le même lit, alors que j'avais choisi l'option 3 lits simple. Pas de support pour le savon dans la douche, il serait intéressant d'y installer un distributeur de savon (afin de réduire également les récipients en plastique)
