It should be noted that this is a four-star hotel and as such I rate it excellent. Pros: In the center of Megève, perfectly clean, modern rooms blended with mountain charm, pleasant staff, good breakfast, small details on arrival that go beyond the scope of four stars (handwritten card in the room and welcome treats). Cons: Smaller rooms, spa (quite good quality of service) cramped, in the basement. Sometimes noisy in room from outside, small selection of dishes in the restaurant and those same dishes as an option for room service. Special thanks to the lady who worked at the reception desk, it was service and customer care that no five star hotel would be ashamed of.

In genere non faccio mai recensioni ma in questo caso di questo ristorante specifico le Cœur de Megève mi sento di informare tutti quanti del pessimo servizio dell’incompetenza dei camerieri dell’incompetenza del manager è stata una serata pessima e se qualcuno mi chiederà come si sta in questo ristorante risponderò non andateci mai perché è un luogo in cui non si passa una bella serata il mangiare pessimo il vino ordinato e dopo un’ora c’è stato detto che l’anno che richiedevamo non c’era i bambini hanno dovuto chiedere più volte il pane nessun amuse bouche è stato proposto ed è stata una serata da dimenticare

Nicely designed hotel, modern but with mountain details and ambience. Good breakfast. Nice welcome touches in the room. Immaculately clean. Friendly staff, I would especially like to praise and thank the younger girl with glasses (unfortunately I don't remember her name) at the reception, five star service, she helped me a lot. It should be noted that the hotel is in the center of Megeve, so sometimes in the evening you can hear noise, nothing significant. Despite some other little things that are not worth mentioning, I can say that this is an excellent 4-star hotel.

Bravo et un immense merci à toute l'équipe du restaurant. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille, le repas était délicieux et toute l'équipe a été attentionnée. Le gros plus pour nous jeunes parents c'est un restaurant kid friendly, notre fille de 18 mois a été parfaitement accueilli avec une mention très spéciale à cette dame qui nous a permis de savourer pleinement notre diner en l'occupant JUSQU'À L'ENDORMIR 😳 Nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir. Merci

Le bar est catastrophique pas digne des étoiles. On vient nous dire que le barman stop le service de cocktail pendant 40mns….service avec des verres ébréchés…obligés d’aller commander ds le bar d’à côté….alors que nos amis résidaient ds l’hôtel pour 10 jours…Preuve que le service en restauration est à refaire depuis le Covid en France…Reprenez vous, la clientèle étrangère ne laissera pas passer
