設施總體還不錯，衞生條件也很好，環境在太白山山腳下是最好的一家，服務也是一流。酒店裡邊的飲食麻，衹能算是比較好。

主要是酒店運行多年，客房沒有重新裝修，客房設施陳舊，卧窒床旁沒有主燈開關，床旁電源插座少，衞生間設施陳舊，浴室水滲透到馬桶間，浴衣似乎沒有及時換乾淨的。酒店沒有電梯，進客房上好幾層樓，拐好幾個彎。

入住大床房，旁邊房間竟然設定有麻將桌，被吵到凌晨一點半，其中有人大聲喧嘩、尖叫、敲錯去……多次打前台電話☎️，凌晨兩點鐘要求換房到一樓，延遲退房3小時，這幾乎是團建包場嗎？
