The environment, facilities, and service were all impeccable, making it the perfect choice for a short, relaxing getaway. The hotel boasts a new Chinese light luxury style, nestled among the Qinling mountains. Its white walls and gray tiles, coupled with courtyards, flowing water, and lush greenery, create an incredible ambiance. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby offer direct views of the green mountains, providing a peaceful and therapeutic experience. Every corner of the resort is picturesque, perfect for taking stunning photos. The guest rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with smart controls throughout for ultimate convenience. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Each room comes with a private hot spring bath, featuring authentic geothermal water from Taibai Mountain, allowing you to relax and unwind without leaving your room, washing away the fatigue of travel. The hotel offers a full range of amenities, including an infinity pool, outdoor hot springs, a sauna, a book bar, and a kids' club, making it suitable for dates, family trips, or team-building events. The food is abundant and exquisite, with a diverse and fresh breakfast selection. I especially want to praise our housekeeper, Ina, for her attentive and thoughtful service! She proactively met us at the parking lot for check-in and escorted us back for check-out, responding promptly throughout our stay. She even followed up with a warm call after check-in and provided a lovely souvenir upon departure – her attention to detail was exceptional! This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Taibai Mountain!"

"The location is great, just park your car at the hotel, which is right next to the tourist service center! The price/performance ratio is very high, and the front desk also upgraded the room type for free! The room was very spacious and very clean! After the Taibai Mountain tour, we stayed for one more night!"

"The room was clean and tidy overall, and the toiletries were adequate. I don't know the brand of the hairdryer, but the airflow was quite strong. There was welcome fruit. The hotel has a large lawn, which is very friendly to families with children. The public hot spring bath has its water changed every morning, but it was too cold to use the public bath, so I just soaked in the private hot spring in my room. The hotel also has some parent-child activities that young children can participate in, but older children might not find them interesting. There is a bonfire party in the evening. The breakfast is exquisite and clean, and the dishes are cleared promptly. The staff will proactively ask if you would like any drinks. I have to eat the braised noodles every day. My housekeeper, Zhao Nayan, will contact me in advance to help me call a shuttle bus, arrange parent-child activities for me, and help me print my child's homework. Overall, it was very heartwarming. However, I felt that the room was too warm at night, and the provided down comforter was a bit too hot. I hope the hotel can provide a thinner comforter for better comfort."

It was super nice! Oh, and the breakfast was delicious and varied, especially the fried noodles! Overall, the value for money was excellent, and the experience was fantastic!"

"Very good experience, though price was at high side. Like glamping experience and with an open air hot spring. Dinner was excellent with food and drink unlimited supply, including wines. Lunch could not set on open air grass land was a bonus. A staff also helped to wash my SUV. Highly recommended ."
