自然環境還是不錯的，是個讓人覺得身心放鬆的好地方。房間比較乾淨，所有的工作人員服務都非常好，很熱情。三餐不夠都可以隨意加，讓人覺得根本吃不完的節奏，好飽好飽，味道不錯，食材新鮮。一面牆的酒水飲料隨意喝，種類也多，還有好多魚、薯片這些孩子喜歡的小零食。退房時房間的用品打包了一大袋，還會幫你拿飲料路上喝，服務真的無可挑剔。個人覺得牀頭櫃太矮，拿東西不方便，房間如果有個全身的穿衣鏡，再多個桌子放東西就更好了。

這家來了很多次了，這次來經理換人了，感覺經營理念有些變化，有些消費降級的感覺，還好沒有充卡…具體就是工作人員少了，經理一個人忙前忙後；督威啤酒沒了😞 樂蔓莓果啤酒也沒了，找了些便宜的代替…別的目前變化不大，但很難講以後不會變…

整個園區和房間都細節滿滿，而且非常乾淨。工作人員細緻到看到步道一塊磚地有坑都會立即叫人來處理。管家和所有服務人員不打攪不多推銷恰到好處的服務值得好評。能夠包容寵物，合理安排錯峯用餐玩耍時間，被狗子喊叫了也會真心詢問是不是哪裡做的不合適，得知我家仔是個人來瘋後能夠立即做到入住期間不主動逗🐶非常棒，可惜因為帶着小狗沒有享用贈送的温泉門票，不過無限制時間的私湯也很棒！已經推薦朋友。

服務真的太棒了！工作人員個個熱情主動提供各種幫助和服務！酒店劉經理更是妥帖安排幫助客人銜接行程得到最好的體驗！房間硬件設施齊全，準備了一應俱全的免費用品，除了泳衣、面膜、雨傘、洗面奶、按摩梳等等等等用品以外，包括拖鞋、口杯和水杯都是全新的，客人用後可全部帶走的！餐食非常棒👍🏻，食材新鮮，口味地道！還在餐廳和房間貼心準備了非常多品質品牌的免費飲料酒水供客人享用！房間後面的小湯池清理的非常乾淨，還配備了懸浮桌，玫瑰花瓣和艾草，冬日裏感受到別樣的温暖和浪漫！隔壁大型“鳳凰温泉”也是他家的，入住期間免費無限次體驗……總之，在星天外入住是一次非常棒👍🏻的體驗！強烈推薦！
