酒店在4A級旅遊區——梅州客天下內，環境優美，前台服務態度好，房間內整潔乾淨，早餐豐富，還有梅州特色的醃麪。酒店住客還包含景區門票，從酒店步行200—300米就到了歌舞表演場館，非常方便。入住酒店真是物超所值，下次過來梅州還住這家酒店！

雖然酒店落成時間有點早，但可以感覺到在當年應該是很不錯的一間高檔酒店，酒店環境很有特色，很舒服，而且去景區參觀遊玩很便利，客房服務有求必應，解答詳盡，唯一有點不足的是早餐相對簡單，不夠豐富可口，需改善。

沖涼時，突然被關掉冷水管，導致熱水燙傷，雖然當時服務員拿來了燙傷葯，顧客整晚需噴雲南白葯止痛，酒店後續處理態度惡劣，且不作補償。
