Our room had full automatic controls, which was very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Everything in the room was neatly arranged, and the toiletries had a lovely scent. My only complaint was that the water pressure in the showers of both rooms I booked was quite low, which made showering a bit unsatisfactory."

Meizhou Hakka park yisujiayuan Hotel
"The booking service on Ctrip is satisfactory, but the hotel service is not up to par with the Spring Festival. Guests have to grab seats for the shuttle bus when checking in. Later, we complained to the front desk, and the manager personally sent us in. The waiting time was half an hour. Second, the room facilities were old, and the copper shower head fell and hit my foot during the shower. It took half an hour to send the hemostatic patch after calling the front desk. Third, the breakfast food and related management quality control were very poor. Fried eggs and yogurt were basically not seen. There was a long queue for cooking noodles. I paid 68 breakfast per person. The breakfast is as shown in the picture. The tableware supply was insufficient. After washing, there were water stains and they were given to the next batch of guests. See the video and pictures. Fourth, I went to Ke Tianxia Restaurant to eat a bowl of rice. When checking out, I paid to the employee’s private payment code and could not issue an invoice. As for the scenery, it was okay. Then I complained about the performance, a 30-minute fire-breathing performance and 25 minutes of selling calligraphy and paintings."

"The room is clean and spacious, the room service is meticulous and responsive, and the efficiency is very high. The hotel's breakfast is delicious, especially the pickled noodles and Sanjidi soup, which are very authentic. The food in the Chinese restaurant is also very cost-effective. I ate Chinese food there for two consecutive days. The taste is good. The manager and waiters of the restaurant are very warm and thoughtful. I would like to especially thank Xiao Zeng at the hotel front desk. Seeing that there are elderly people and children in our group, he upgraded the room and provided good sightseeing suggestions. He is enthusiastic, professional and meticulous. I will stay here again when I come to Meizhou next time. Here are some areas that need improvement: 1. There are mosquitoes in the room. Although mosquito coils are equipped, mosquitoes still affect sleep; 2. This suggestion is for both the Hakka Town Scenic Area and the hotel: This trip brought two elderly people with inconvenient legs and feet. The Hakka Town is mainly built on the mountain and needs to climb the slope. The elderly are powerless and want to pay to take a battery car to visit the scenic area. They are told that they have to walk to the tourist center to get a minibus to the mountain. During the period, I saw that many hotel battery cars sent guests to the guest rooms halfway up the mountain, but did not provide scenic spot tour services. I asked the hotel and the tourist center how to provide electric vehicles to pick up guests for a tour, but they were vague. In the end, the old man did not visit the Hakka town, which was a pity. Personally, I think the service could be more detailed and more humane."

This hotel is very well-located, just a 10-minute walk across the river from the pedestrian street."

Breakfast was prepared according to the number of people, but it was very generous and more than enough to fill you up, with a touch of Meizhou flavor. It's also very close to attractions like the Hakka Museum, making it very convenient for travel. The owner also carefully compiled information on nearby restaurants and specialty shops, which was a big thumbs up!"

"Beautiful hotel, a bit far from Meizhou, the most difficult is to arrange the transport there and then travel around the hotel but if you can arrange that early then it is amazing. The hotel is clean, the house very well preserved, the food is good and the owner is extremely nice and helped us to travel around the hotel. He doesn’t speak English but if you can use wechat then it is easy to communicate thanks to wechat translation functionality. It is a great opportunity to experience China and the tea terraces nearby are a must see."

"The B&B is located in the Kedu Renjia scenic area. Before checking in, you must call the B&B to register your license plate number before entering, otherwise you must buy a ticket to enter. The room is clean and tidy, and the water supply is sufficient. The worst experience of staying that night was that it was already past eleven o'clock in the evening and other guests were still chatting outside the public area. I called the front desk but no one answered. I had no choice but to call the Ctrip platform and then I could fall asleep peacefully. The B&B breakfast was very average and all cold!"
