"Very conveniently located. Right opposite a bus terminal. We boarded bus no. 18 from the Mei Zhou West station to this terminal. The hotel is right opposite the bus terminal. Across the street, you can also find a lot of shops. Just continue walking for about 10-15 minutes to reach the popular pedestrian street: JiaYing Old street. The nearest bus stand (not the bus terminal) which is less than five minutes walk diagonally opposite the hotel will allow you to catch the bus to the Hakka museum. It is worth going to the Hakka museum to have a in depth understanding about the Hakka clans in this part of the world. The other interesting place to visit is NanKou, Hakka villages where you can see Hakka Dragon houses or Wei Long Wu. Buses#9 and #24 travel to and fro Mei Jiang city and NanKou village. The hotel room is clean, sound-proof, spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff are generally helpful except one whom we met during the day shift. She seemed to be reluctant to help us when we asked about the local attractions. And unlike the other hotels that we have been staying in, we were told that we will be charged 3 yuan for one extra bottle of water. But later they still gave us two extra bottles without any charges. Thank you."

The front desk was efficient and always ready to help with any issues. For a price just over a hundred, the value for money is superb. The hotel staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick. Highly recommend! This will be my top choice for future business trips."

"I haven't encountered a hotel like this in a long time where I wanted to write a bad review even before checking out. Firstly, the hotel's location is good, and there was a slight smell from the recent renovations. When I checked in, I told the receptionist I didn't want a last-minute room, but they gave me one right away – it was terrible! Having to wait until 10:30 PM to change rooms was an unpleasant experience. Secondly, the room design was bizarre. The bathroom didn't have a separate shower area, so the entire toilet was basically wet after showering, including the toilet paper. It was also strange that there was no place to hang clothes, and no designated place for dirty towels. It felt like they just hired a designer on the spot. The worst part is that this hotel had only recently opened, and the faucets were leaking terribly, making it impossible for the sink to drain. You think that's the worst part? No. The worst part was the room I stayed in, room 8425. I arrived at the room around 10:00 PM, and the KTV noise downstairs didn't stop until after 1:00 AM. And when I asked the hotel reception, they didn't have earplugs! I was speechless. I haven't stayed in such a cheap hotel in a long time. If you're sensitive to noise, don't come here; it's really terrible. This hotel is absolutely not worth recommending. The service is extremely poor, and the staff is poorly trained. In short, I'm warning everyone to avoid this place!"

"I booked a room with a lake view, but my window was facing a wall and was far from the lake, which was quite disappointing. I also booked two rooms and checked in very early, yet the rooms were assigned far apart. It would be better if the hotel could consider placing rooms from the same booking closer together, especially when the room types are the same. On a positive note, the room and bathroom were clean, and the amenities were complete and well provided. However, it was quite difficult to find food options around the hotel. It would be helpful if the hotel could recommend nearby dining options to assist guests, especially tourists."
