The worst hotel I stayed in during this trip. The room was very small and old. I booked a double bed room as a standard room. The shower head fell off by itself but luckily it didn't hit anyone.

A l’arrivée nous étions plutôt satisfait, parking juste devant l’hôtel. Belle piscine encadrée de gazon où nous avons pris une collation agréable. Tout c’est dégradé une fois à l’intérieur. L’hôtel est entièrement à rénover et à DESINFECTER ! Au bout d’une heure dans notre chambre nous nous sommes aperçu qu'il y avait des punaises de lit. Nous anons avisé la personne de la réception en lui montrant le mouchoir avec le sang et les punaises écrasées mais elle n’a pas eu l’air vraiment surprise et nous a proposé de prendre la chambre à côté où le problème était identique ! Nous sommes partis immédiatement, sans avoir reçu d’excuses et en nous faisant payer le sandwich pris à notre arrivée. Inadmissible pour un hôtel du groupe Accor. J’espère que nous ne rapporterons pas ce "souvenir" du Maroc !

Tout s est bien passé a l hotel ibis de Meknès.
En revanche aujourd'hui nous sommes arrivés à ibis Fès après avoir depose nos jagage et visiter la ville,a notre retour a l hotel
avons été reçu par une pesonne qui s est montré impoli avec mon epouse d origine sénégalaise

Hotel bien situé en plain du sentre de la ville .pas loin de l'encien medina .hotel propre et tres calme entouré par des restaurants macdo,pizza hut,.....j'ai aimé. Les chambre bien entretenu .personnel tres syma et serviable ,tlubours a l'ecoute Je le recommande

On a passé passé un agréable week-end à ce hôtel, j'ai été satisfait de service. Personnel très sympa toujours à l'écoute sont objectifs est de satisfaire les clients. Buffet petit déjeuner varié.
