The overall environment was very comfortable. The room I booked was large and I chose the one facing the river. The view is opposite the cruise ship, which is beautiful at night. A shout out to Mr. Redzuan of Front Desk who assisted me with the check-in process & even went the extra mile to ensure that service was at its best especially for my 85 year old mom. Thanks, Mr. Redzuan & other staffs who had helped my mom by providing a wheelchair, etc . Everything (including front desk staffs & guard) at the hotel was great. We also received a complimentary raya cookies, which was really unexpected. My mom was thrilled with d service, too. Kudos & keep up the great job👍
