I am Japanese. I stayed for three days. On the first day, the woman at the reception was very kind and dealt with our problem. I wanted to thank her if I had met her at the time of check-out, but unfortunately she didn't come... Thank you very much! The room was a good size for one person. If you stay for less than three days, the rule is that the room will not be cleaned or the bed made (I found out when I got there lol), so I was able to stay at my own pace throughout the stay. I wish I had changed the bath towel and face towel... lol There were no problems at all, but the only thing that surprised me was that the water in the shower suddenly got hotter and colder lol. It happened every time, so I got used to it after the second time lol. It was located in the center of Melbourne and was a convenient place to walk. There was no shortage of food around, such as Chinatown and Emporium with a food court! The tram station was also convenient.
