地点十分好，就在唐人街。找吃的，坐車也很方便，步行也可去打咭地方。旁边就有电車可坐，去市中心及河边遊覽非常方便。

初日には、受付の女性がとても親身になってこちらの問題に対処してくださりました
チェックアウト時にお会いできたら、感謝を述べたいなと思いましたが残念ながらお見えにならず…

部屋は１人には適度なサイズ感 ３日以内の滞在は、部屋の掃除やベッドメイク無しという規則でしたので(現
地で知るw)、終始、自分のペースな部屋になりました
バスタオル、フェイスタオルは交換したかったかな…w
全く問題なかったのですが、唯一、備え付けのシャワーの湯が突然、熱くなったり冷たくなったりしたのには驚きましたw 毎回だったので、２回目以降は馴れましたw
メルボルンの街中心部に立地し、歩くに便利な場所でした
周囲には、中華街やフードコートのあるエンポリアム等、食事には事欠かなかったです！
トラム駅も便利でした
