Flinders Street Apartments

We are a family of four and stayed in a two bedroom apartment for four nights. Anyone looking for accommodation in Melbourne that is central, clean, safe, well equipped and comfortable. definitely consider Flinders Street apartments. Management ensured our stay in the apartments was hassle free and comfortable - communication was efficient and easy before and during our stay.

Noisy, dated interior and uncomfortable couch, in need of a service, toilets running

This property was perfect for our girls night away with teenage kids, tram was right out the front and Federation Square across the road. Shopping and food within walking distance, everything close by. The apartment was very comfortable with 2 rooms and two bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and everything that we needed. The apartment could do with a coat of paint but that is only a minor thing. Excellent communication and instructions to access. We were travelling by train so we’re able to store our luggage. We will definitely stay again.

Great location and excellent service from Denis.

This hotel has a bar underneath which is very noisy until 3am. Noise echoes up from the lane way and through the paper thin glass. Don’t choose this hotel if you want to actually sleep in your room. Paid for ‘superior room’ but got inferior and we were refused a room swap due to the apartments being fully booked. My advice - if you don’t like nightclubs but you want to sleep, do not risk staying here.

We stayed in the apartment# 707 for two nights. The stay safe was great value for money. Proximity to convenience stores, tram and train station and nice spread of restaurants nearby made the stay perfect. The staff especially Mr Denis was very prompt and helpful.

This property isn’t a hotel, it feels as though we were in someone else’s apartment! The bathroom ceilings are mouldy and walls not clean at all; blinds in master bedroom also mouldy and strange stickers all over the ceiling. Extra blanket in 2nd bedroom was pilly and looked nasty. Very basic amenities and only 1 key which meant having to schedule being at the property to meet each other both days which was inconvenient.

Central location close to transport.
