Okay, old school

I gave the front desk a card when I paid the deposit, but the front desk used two cards to pay half of the deposit each. I don't know whose the other card was.

It can be called the worst Park Hyatt in Asia Pacific. It does not take Asian guests seriously, involves racial discrimination, has glass on the floor of the room, does not take guest safety seriously, and disrespects guests throughout the entire process. After switching rooms, the room was still infested with insects. Park Hyatt, the worst hotel in Asia-Pacific, is already preparing to lodge further complaints to the Hyatt Group and to the relevant Australian tourism authorities. Shame on Asia Pacific Park Hyatt!

I really like the dog in the hotel. They are very friendly. Unfortunately, the dog was sick that day and needed to rest. I will choose it next time.

The room is large, clean and well maintained. But check-in at the front desk is a bit slow and you have to wait. If you arrive early, you won't be able to check in until around 3 o'clock, so the price/performance ratio is still good.

Although the hotel has been open for a long time, it is very comfortable and the scenery is not bad.
