It was within walking distance of the CBD and was good value for money in Australia. It was a bit disappointing that there were no basic amenities, but it was good as it suited the purpose of our stay.

There are many international students working at the front desk, and the communication in Chinese is very smooth. If the water valve is broken, someone will be repaired quickly and the service is very good. The terrain is very good and it is very convenient to reach many scenic spots. However, according to domestic standards, the standard room I ordered is on par with 7 Days Home Inn and other express hotels. The price one week before the Spring Festival is close to RMB 500, which is about the same if it is converted into more than 100 Australian dollars. If you just want to play by yourself and just have a place to live, it should be a good choice.
Room cleaning is by appointment. You can make an appointment before 3 pm every day. If you don't make an appointment, no one will bother you to take the initiative to clean.
There should be no breakfast
The overall terrain is good, safe, hygienic, with appropriate services, no unnecessary supporting facilities, and good value for money.

The third and first floors of this hotel are under renovation. The construction environment downstairs is also very poor. The double bed room is written as a twin room, which makes people misunderstand that it is two beds. It is not much to change rooms. It is really a lightning protection.
