這家酒店對華人不是很友好，和國內鉑爾曼酒店不是相同水平，最多衹有四星標準，服務體驗也非常不好。

房間比較寬敞 很不錯

樓下就是唐人街，吃飯很方便

地理位置優越，出門幾十步就是唐人街，對於我這個中國胃來説實在是太好了，有牛肉麪等各種中國餐飲，甚至還有柳州人開的螺螄粉店。交通方便。

This hotel does not have valet parking. The parking lot has to be walked for a long distance. This is not very convenient. The door is in a small alley and it is difficult to find. Stayed for two days. There was no room service during the period. When I checked in, I was told that wine would be delivered, but it was not delivered until I checked out. The interior of the room is generally clean and tidy. The bathroom looks relatively clean. I booked a 48-square-meter suite with lounge access. The room has a slight smell. The bedroom is not big and the sofa is a bit old. The hotel is quite noisy at night, which affects our sleep a bit, and we live on a high floor. The service was very good. When I arrived at the hotel, I realized that there was no valet parking and I had to walk a long way to park. So I took my suitcase off the roadside and pushed it to the hotel. I met a hotel staff member in the alley who smiled and said hello to help me. Pushing the luggage to the room ~ this staff is also very interesting ~ the previous haze of inconvenient parking has been wiped away ~ The longue in the hotel is good~ There are not many food choices but it is fresh~ The service is also very good~ I like it to be quiet during non-food hours~ The children do their homework while I answer work emails~ Drinks and cookies are provided during non-food hours~ The hotel is just a few minutes walk to Chinatown, a few minutes walk to the shopping mall, a ten-minute walk to the state library, a ten-minute walk to the Australian general post office and Halls Street with many graffiti walls. There are various restaurants downstairs in the hotel~

酒店好小，就是位置特別好，去哪兒都很方便，出門就可以坐電車。

In the city center, there is a busy downtown area with a lot of people. It is only a few steps away from Chinatown and a 20-minute walk from the University of Melbourne. It is easily confused with the nearby Mecure Hotel. The main entrance is Tram Road and there is no parking space. The hotel is a basic 5-star hotel and does not provide bottled water in the room.

The location is super good, facing Chinatown, there are two McDonald's nearby for breakfast, and you can walk to the Royal Palace Gate, the train station, and Graffiti Street, which is very good.
